Key Responsibilities
Reception & Front Desk
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization
Sales Administration
Support the sales team with quotations, invoices, and documentation
Maintain customer records and sales data
Coordinate with internal departments for order processing
Follow up with clients on inquiries and documentation
Requirements
Proven experience as a receptionist, sales coordinator, or sales administrator
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
Ability to multitask and work independently
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the UAE
Background in sales support or administration
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
