Key Responsibilities:
Warmly welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
Handle daily administrative tasks and office coordination
Schedule appointments and maintain meeting calendars
Manage correspondence (emails, mail, couriers)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area
Support the sales and leasing team with document preparation and client coordination
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a receptionist or front office representative
Previous experience in a real estate company is highly preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office equipment
Professional appearance and attitude
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Fluent in Arabic (English is a plus)
