Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist new students, parents, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide information about admission processes, university programs, and campus facilities.
  • Answer phones and respond to inquiries in both English and Arabic.
  • Schedule appointments and manage incoming queries efficiently.
  • Maintain an organized reception area and ensure all materials are current and accessible.
  • Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth operations during the admission period.
Qualifications:
  • Current students or graduates of Ajman University are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Customer service experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be available for part-time hours throughout the summer admission period.
