The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and supporting basic administrative and PRO-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls and emails
Maintain reception area and office supplies
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Coordinate with internal departments for administrative support
Assist with basic PRO (Public Relations Officer) duties such as document submissions, visa processing, and renewals
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Perform other clerical duties as assigned
Requirements:
?Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
Basic PRO knowledge is mandatory
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Organized, reliable, and presentable
Able to join immediately
