Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES



Answer telephone, screen and direct calls.

Take and relay message.

Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.

General administrative and clerical support.

Prepare letters and documents.

Receive and sort mails and deliveries.

Schedule appointments.

Organize meetings.

Register received invoices and forward it to accounts department.

Prepare HR Department Timesheet.

Adhere to the company's Management Information System.

KNOWLEDGE SKILL AND ABILITIES



Good command over the English language.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: -



Proven work experience in similar role.

Bachelor Degree.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
