Front Desk Receptionist / Office Admin

Requirements:
Freshers (including visit visa holders) are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in customer service / reception / admin is an advantage.
Must be well-presented, organized, and have good communication skills in English.
Positive, friendly, and customer-oriented personality.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the front desk reception - welcoming and assisting clients.
Handle leasing inquiries and assist in securing clients for office and desk rentals.
Process and manage lease renewals and related documentation.
Provide administrative support and attend to client requirements in the business center.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Maintain records, handle calls, emails, and basic clerical tasks.
