Currently Seeking Receptionists The Echelon of Medina Assisted Living is seeking part-time receptionists. The Echelon of Medina is a private, family-owned facility located in the heart of Medina. Comfort, care, and community are hallmarks of The Echelon experience, which caters to the evolving needs of older adults. Following the medical model, The Echelon offers its members continuity of care from independent living, to assisted living, and to memory care, if needed. As a receptionist, the primary purpose of your job position is to assist with family member's visitation of members (residents), monitors and coordinate member move-ins, ensures front entrance remains neat and clean, and performs all other duties as assigned to support administrative services. Shift: Day shift 8AM-4:30PM Evening shift 4PM-12AM. Weekend Availabilty is required Responsibilities: Courteous and cheerful greeting all visitors, members, and families Answers inbound telephone calls professionally and directs the caller to the correct recipient Performs customer service functions by answering member requests and questions Keeps entrance to building neat and tidy, maintains visitor logs, calendar Monitors and assists in coordination of member move-in; communicates with departments involved in move-in process Makes copies, faxes, scans, and files documents Files, copies, and scans papers and documents into appropriate employee and member files Prepares new employee and new member files Sends emails and mailings of member updates and news to members' families Processes mail Requirements: Working knowledge of basic PC skills Working knowledge of copy machine Excellent command of English language in both written and oral forms Benefits: All Employees: Paid Time Off 401K Full Time Employees: Medical Dental Vision Apply with an updated resume to join our team today!
