We are currently partnered with an International Law Firm looking to hire a Receptionist in Dubai. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Provide adhoc administrative support to the wider team. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them appropriately. Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure they are set up as required. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Assist with general administrative tasks, including document preparation and data entry. Liaise with vendors and service providers as needed. Key Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a receptionist/front office admin roles. Law firm experience is a must. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
