Job Description
We are currently seeking a friendly, motivated and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team - Platform Fitness Club (Ladies only Gym() Kalba Mall location. As the first point of contact for our members, the Receptionist will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for all visitors. Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in members, prospective members, and guests
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails, and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Schedule appointments and classes for members and guests
- Provide tours of the club and promote services and products
- Process membership applications and payments, and maintain accurate member records
- Assist with club operations, such as inventory management and maintaining a clean and organized Receptions desk.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, and ensure a safe and secure environment for members and guests
- Minimum 1 year Experience with Fitness club/Gym (Home country/UAE)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
- Arabic (Preferred)
