Job Description

Position: Receptionist / Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities: - Delivers a consistent customer service and heartfelt warm hospitality to customers - Enthusiastically welcome and greet visitors, clients & employees - Proactively assist the guest with their needs during their stay inside our premises. - Handles phone calls, inquiries and liaise to the right department to address the matter accordingly. - Responsible for tracking check-in/check out of visitors and maintains a log-in record for security. - Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area & conference rooms and make sure that it is organized and stocked with drinks/snacks. - Schedule and maintain appointments accordingly. - Provide general administrative work support. - Maintain proper inventories of office supplies & pantry stocks. Qualifications: - Hospitable - Enthusiastic - Pleasing personality - Well-groomed & neat - Organized - Able to multi-task - Proactive Requirements: - Minimum 1 year experience in Hospitality - Fluent in English - Proficiency in Microsoft Word (Office, Excel, Outlook) - Available to join immediately Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
