We are looking for a receptionist to join our team at Max Core Poly Clinic in Business Bay, Dubai. The ideal candidate will be presentable, professional, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Immediate joining is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Manage the front desk, answer phone calls, and handle inquiries efficiently
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Maintain patient records and manage the clinic's database
Assist in insurance verification and processing when needed
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
Handle patient check-ins, check-outs, and billing procedures
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar receptionist or front desk role (medical/clinic experience is an advantage)
Good communication skills in English (Tagalog is a plus)
Professional appearance and courteous behavior
Knowledge of clinic management software is a plus
Able to multitask and work under pressure
Must be currently based in the UAE and ready to join immediately
