As a Receptionist / HR Assistant, you will represent the company's image at the front desk while ensuring smooth coordination between candidates, employees, and the HR team. You will be involved in
recruitment coordination, employee administration, and office support

Welcome visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional and friendly manner
Manage incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries
Maintain reception area standards and office presentation
Coordinate meeting rooms and interview schedules
HR & Recruitment Support
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates
Assist with onboarding paperwork and employee records
Maintain HR files, documents, and internal trackers
Support recruiters with follow-ups, confirmations, and reporting
Administrative Support
Prepare basic letters, forms, and internal documents
Assist management and HR with daily operational tasks
Ensure confidentiality of employee and candidate information

Required Profile
Well-presented with strong communication skills
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, and admin systems
Prior experience as a receptionist, HR assistant, or admin coordinator is preferred but not mandatory
