Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
Schedule appointments and maintain the healthcare facility's appointment system
Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and patient follow-ups
Verify patient information, update records, and ensure accuracy of all data
Process patient files, insurance cards, and referral documents when required
Coordinate with nurses, doctors, and other departments to facilitate patient flow
Maintain confidentiality of patient information according to healthcare standards
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and ready for daily operations
Requirements
Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service staff in a healthcare setting
(preferably in clinics, hospitals, medical centers, or related sectors)
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Professional demeanour with a patient-centric approach
Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare administrative procedures is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and appointment management systems
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and handle high patient volumes
Currently based in the UAE (Abu Dhabi preferred)
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Additional certification in healthcare administration or customer service is an advantage

Pay: AED1,111.00 - AED2,222.00 per month
