Greet and welcome members and visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor.
Manage check-ins/outs and verify membership status, issuing guest passes as needed.
Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries regarding membership, facility services, class schedules, and promotions.
Process membership sign-ups, renewals, cancellations, and payments accurately.
Schedule classes, personal training sessions, and facility bookings; coordinate with trainers.
Conduct gym tours for prospective members, highlighting amenities and membership benefits.
Promote gym products, services, and membership plans at the front desk.
Ensure the front desk and lobby are clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.
Respond to complaints professionally; escalate issues to the manager when needed.
Support safety protocols and basic first aid/emergency responses as needed.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality/office management certificate is a plus)
Prior experience in customer service, ideally in fitness, hospitality, or retail -- summer/front desk jobs included
Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic a plus)
Comfort with multitasking and handling busy front-desk operations effectively
Basic computer literacy--familiarity with gym management or POS software a bonus
Cash handling accuracy and numeracy skills
Those who are on their own visa is preferred.
