Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients professionally
Manage appointments and walk-in customers efficiently
Answer calls and respond to client queries
Maintain cleanliness and ambiance of the reception area
Coordinate with stylists and ensure smooth salon operations
Handle payments and maintain daily records
Requirements:
Prior experience in salon/spa/hospitality front desk preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in English (Arabic/Hindi is a plus)
Presentable and well-groomed appearance
Basic computer and POS knowledge
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
