Receptionist
who can create a warm first impression, manage front-desk operations smoothly, and support basic admin tasks with energy and accuracy.
What you'll do (your day-to-day)
Welcome visitors and ensure a professional, friendly reception experience
Answer, screen, and route calls/emails promptly and accurately
Keep the reception/front office area clean, tidy, and welcoming
Manage visitor logs, couriers, mail, and deliveries (in/out)
Coordinate meeting room bookings and appointment scheduling
Provide clear and helpful information to clients/visitors (in-person/phone/email)
Support admin tasks: data entry, filing, scanning, documentation, and record-keeping
Assist internal departments with day-to-day coordination as needed
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 year UAE experience
in Receptionist / Admin / Front Office
Excellent communication and people skills (pleasant, professional, confident)
Presentable, customer-focused, and comfortable dealing with all levels
Strong multitasking and time-management skills--calm under pressure
Good working knowledge of
MS Office
(Word/Excel/Outlook) and office equipment
Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information
Immediate joiners preferred
Logistics / freight forwarding experience is a plus
Salary & Benefits
Salary of AED 3,000/- to 4,000/- per month. Benefits will be in line with UAE market standards and company policy.
