Manage phone calls, appointments, and patient inquiries
Maintain patient records and support administrative duties

Requirements:
UAE National (Female)
High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in English and Arabic
Previous experience in a medical or customer service setting is an advantage
