Manage day-to-day operations of the salon including opening and closing procedures, staff behavior and customer intake proceduresPrepare and maintain sales, inventory and customer reports
Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to staff disputes
Keep updated records of costs and revenues (e.g. daily, monthly and quarterly)
Promote services, products and discounts among customers
Receive payments from clients and track all transactions
Account for and report profits and expenses of the salon
Order beauty products, like creams and essential oils and replenish stock
Manage inventory salon products by maintaining records of stock quantities on hand and ordering
Arrange for regular maintenance services for all equipment
Apply hygiene practices across all beauty stations
Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage for the salon\'s needs
Lead the salon staff team in providing excellent services and maximizing salon profit
Maintain staff records, including salaries and working schedules
Interview, hire and train salon staff in procedure, policy and health regulations
Qualifications:
Experience in management or administrations
Extensive experience managing salon services to clients
Advanced organizational skills to manage staff, operations and salon finances
General bookkeeping and business finance skills
Excellent communication and team-leading skills
Detailed knowledge of the beauty industry and customer needs
Interest and ability to continue learning about market standards and changes in trends
Arabic speaker is a plus
