Job Type: Full-Time - 2 Year Fixed Term Contract Working Hours: 48 hrs (shift work) per week Location: Synergy Healing Centre, Fujairah Responsibilities:
Warmly greet clients, walk them to the proper therapy/treatment room and inform assigned Therapist of their arrival
Complete online registration process for new clients
Book and confirm appointments via phone and email
Process transactions (credit cards) and send email receipts to clients
Offer beverages and chat with clients who are in the waiting area
Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability
Inform clients about new services and discounts
Cross-sell services and products when appropriate (e.g. through informative brochures, gift cards and newsletter email shots)
Update client records/profiles with contact and billing details, appointments and services offered
Maintain a tidy reception area
Order business cards, brochures and stationery as needed
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Receptionist in a wellness centre/ Front Desk Receptionist or similar role
Hands-on experience with office equipment, computer literate
Familiarity with processing transactions
Excellent communication abilities (verbal, phone and email) with a customer service attitude
Solid organisation and record-keeping skills
An ability to remain calm under stressful circumstances
High School diploma
