Receptionist to be the first face our riders see. You'll make every visit smooth, fun, and unforgettable.
What You'll Do
Welcome members and guests with a smile.
Manage bookings, check-ins, and payments using our studio software.
Handle questions about classes, memberships, and promotions.
Keep the front desk, lobby, and retail area tidy and stocked.
Support instructors and ensure classes run on time.
Promote and sell class packages and retail items
What We're Looking For
Experience in customer service, hospitality, or fitness front desk (preferred).
MUST be comfortable working with male and female members.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Tech-savvy with booking/POS systems (training provided).
Positive attitude, team player, and passion for fitness.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
