Responsibilities: The Office Receptionist will be responsible for maintaining office services by manning of the reception area and attend to all inquiries organizing and supporting office operations, signing and monitoring clerical functions. Key Performance AreaReception & Customer Support (60%)
Manning of Reception area and attend to all inquiries.
Registration of walk-in students and assigning the students to the respective counselors.
Create new and updating student entries in CRM system (SAP Cloud4Customer).
Assisting with registrations and issuing receipts.
To handle all email communications for the organization and timely assignment of emails to respective parties.
Ensure tidiness and cleanliness of reception and customer touchpoints.
Inventory management for office supplies
Office Facilities Support and Administration (20%)
Provide general administration support to management
Collaborate with the Country Manager & Admin Team Lead to provide effective and efficient administrative support.
Ensure facilities are in good condition and take corrective actions if required. Report any hazards to management immediately
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Ad-Hoc (20%)
Support with staff engagement and wellness activities and HR administrative work.
Work closely with staff to develop and improve operations processes and best practices to achieve high performance and service levels
Requirements:
English Speaking (+ Arabic speaking preferred)
Diploma/Professional Certificate in any field
Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
Good understanding of workplace management skills
Has strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with different types of customers
Job Details:
Salary: 350.00 KWD
Start Date: Within 1-2 weeks by mid-April 2023
Timing: 6 days a week from 9am to 6pm (inc Friday). Wednesday off.
