Job Description

We are currently looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers and will provide administrative support to various departments.Responsibilities:Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as needed.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Provide information to visitors and callers about the company and its services.
Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
