Job Description

Are you friendly, organized, and skilled in providing excellent customer service? We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Receptionist.Responsibilities:
Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner
Answer incoming phone calls, transfer calls, and take messages as needed
Manage and maintain the reception area, including keeping it clean and organized
Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
Assist with administrative tasks such as sorting mail, filing documents, and data entry
Provide information and assistance to visitors and callers as required
Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient office operationsRequirements:
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in using office equipment such as phones, computers, and printers
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Professional appearance and demeanor
