Job Description
Mirrors Beauty Lounge is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Receptionist to lead our growing team. You will be responsible for overseeing the team\'s activities, implementing and maintaining the branch. You will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet clients warmly and professionally, making them feel comfortable and valued
- Direct clients to the appropriate staff member once they arrive at the saloon
- Answer and screen phone calls, take messages and make the necessary booking
- Schedule appointments and maintain an accurate calendar
- Process payments and handle cash
- Maintain a clean and organized receptionist area
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in UAE
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proactive and results-oriented approach
