We are looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist to join the dynamic team at IIQAF. The ideal candidate is an organized problem-solver capable of greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner, managing incoming calls, sorting and distributing mail, and providing administrative support to the organization.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner and check in visitors as appropriate.
Answer incoming calls courteously, provide callers with accurate information, and facilitate and transfers.
Manage incoming mail, including sorting and distributing in a timely manner.
Provide administrative support, such as filing, copying, and organizing documents.
Assist with office errands and deliveries as required.
Maintain a clean and presentable lobby area.
Qualifications
Must possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with visitors and staff in an approachable, professional, and courteous manner.
Demonstrated knowledge of office equipment including phones and fax machines.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
Ability to lift and move light objects and items.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
