The Receptionist at the IIQAF is a vital role: you are the first point of contact for both customers and staff. You will be the friendly face of the business, greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls, and managing communications.
Responsibilities:
Greet and sign-in visitors
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries
Organize and collect mail and deliveries
Monitor and order office supplies
Monitor office equipment and act as keycard access control for higher-level security
Handle administrative request and duties
Process outgoing and incoming parcels
Implement special customer service initiatives
Ensure that the front desk and visitors\xe2\x80\x99 area are kept clean and professional
Follow up on customer inquiries, requests, and appointments
Qualifications:
2 years of working experience as a receptionist
Proficient in MS Office including Outlook
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
