Job Description

\xc2\xb7 Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or over the phone, answering or referring inquiries. \xc2\xb7 Direct visitors by maintain employee and department directories. \xc2\xb7 Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges. \xc2\xb7 Maintain telecommunication system. \xc2\xb7 Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. \xc2\xb7 Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. \xc2\xb7 Need to make on average 50 Customer Service & Survey calls to customers per day. \xc2\xb7 Prepare necessary excel report for customer service & survey calls. \xc2\xb7 Submission of Reports to HR on weekly basis. \xc2\xb7 Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. \xc2\xb7 Any other task as assigned or instructed by Management or HR Dept. \xc2\xb7 Female & less than Age 35. \xc2\xb7 Medically Fit & Non Smoker. \xc2\xb7 Ready to work 6 days & Sunday Off. \xc2\xb7 Presentable, Good Communication Skills, Typing speed, Sharp Memory & Organized.
