Job Description

:

  • Handle the front office - directing all visitors, including vendors, clients, candidates and customers appropriately.
  • Screen Incoming calls and direct it to appropriate departments and take accurate and complete messages.
  • Order and Manage the Office Stationery supplies.
  • Manage the routine Office Administrative duties.
  • Perform other duties as instructed by the Manager which contribute to the effective office.
  • HR Documents incoming and outgoing management.
Job Qualifications:
  • Candidate have a knowledge in HR field is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Data entry knowledge is a must.
  • Proactive and have initiative able to work with minimum supervision.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 per month Application Question(s):

Experience:
  • ADMIN: 2 years (Preferred)
Language:
  • ARABIC (Preferred)
