Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

  • Answering and directing phone calls

  • Scheduling appointments and meetings

  • Handling mail and deliveries

  • Maintaining financial records, including invoicing and payments

  • Handling basic accounting tasks, such as data entry and bookkeeping

  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed


Requirements

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Experience with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree in accounting or business administration is a plus.
