We are looking for a reliable Office Receptionist. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. Responsibilities include: *Managing the office operations such as attending to phone calls, document filing, etc *Support the team in providing documents needed *Attend the clients queries *General office administration Job-Specific Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint)
Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking
Must be assertive; able to deal with dynamic stakeholders
Team management skills
