Job Description

We are looking for a reliable Office Receptionist. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. Responsibilities include: *Managing the office operations such as attending to phone calls, document filing, etc *Support the team in providing documents needed *Attend the clients queries *General office administration Job-Specific Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking
  • Must be assertive; able to deal with dynamic stakeholders
  • Team management skills
Pay: 2500 per month Expected Start Date: IMMEDIATELY Burmese Speaking only Job Types: Full-time, Permanent ( 10 Hours Duty) Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,300.00 - AED2,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
  • receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
  • English (Preferred)
