The receptionist provides an efficient and courteous service to guests, ensuring excellent customer care and intuition, anticipating our guests needs tailored to their stay.

• Provide prompt, courteous and efficient service to all guest, so as to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized service from arrival till departure.
• Proceed with invoicing and collection.
• Maintain an up to date knowledge of hotel information and local services, including operating hours, promotions, events, attractions and any allied information to respond to guest queries.
• Conduct in room & hotel familiarization and assist guest in hotel activity enquiries / requests.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role
• Excellent and effective communicator, natural warmth and professionalism
• Problem solving and complaint handling skills
• Flexibility and adaptability
