We are looking for a vibrant professional Receptionist for Our Medical Center in Ajman
Must have Neat and professional appearance as it maintains professionalism.
Must have a good personality, smart and presentable.
Must have strong interpersonal skills.
Having capabilities and organizational abilities, attention to detail, discretion. Excellent communication skills.
Must have the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Responsible for attending the incoming calls, responding to them and transferring the call to the appropriate department
Greet visitors appropriately, answer and address incoming phone calls in a timely and polite manner.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying,
Fluent in English & Hindi
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
