Job Description

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery material.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles required.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software required.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
  • receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
  • office administrator: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
  • Arabic (Preferred)
