At least 2 - 3 years of previous experience working as a Receptionist / Secretary.
She has to be proficient in English.
She will provide administrative support to the office, conduct all reception duties, and she will also provide support to Management when needed.
Daily duties may be clerical, administrative and project based and include meeting and greeting the visitors, arranging meetings, handling information requests, preparing reports, correspondence, scheduling travel or any other administrative day to day tasks required by the Office or the Management.
Reporting directly to company\xe2\x80\x99s Administration Manger, the Receptionist will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities: - Meet and greet the Office visitors and manage the Office Reception
General administrative tasks: answering phones, faxing, mailing, filing and photocopying
Manage schedules and Office matters - Attend meetings and take Minutes of Meeting
Arrange business and private meetings for Management
Arrange travel and visas as per requirement - Handle confidential documents and ensure they remain secure
Maintain electronic and paper records and proper filing system\\Liaise daily with internal and external stakeholders
Be proactivein the area of duties and responsibilities
Perform daily queries and ad-hoc tasks for Management
