Job Description
Front Desk Support:
Welcome visitors and customers, manage front-desk enquiries, and keep the reception area organised and presentable.Call & Meeting Management:
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and support the scheduling of internal meetings.Administrative Tasks:
Handle documentation, filing, data entry, and general office coordination.B2B Customer Service:
Respond to enquiries from salons, spas, pharmacies, and other professional customers, providing product information and order support.B2C Customer Service:
Manage enquiries from online customers, assist with orders, communicate delivery updates, and confirm receipt.Complaint Management:
Receive, record, and resolve customer complaints professionally, escalating when needed.Courier & Delivery Coordination:
Receive and organise courier and supplier deliveries; track shipments, follow up on delays, and coordinate with logistics teams.Product Support:
Provide accurate product details, usage advice, and basic after-sales support.System Updates:
Maintain updated customer records, complaints, and delivery notes.Office & Event Support:
Assist with staff queries, meeting preparations, and general office needs.Hospitality:
Prepare refreshments for visitors or management when requested.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
* Arabic and English (Required)
