new branch in Circle Mall, JVC
.We are looking for a dedicated and energetic
Receptionist / Supervisor
to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional experience to every child and parent who walks through our doors.Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients with a warm, professional attitude. Manage bookings (phone, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and Zenoti online system). Coordinate staff schedules and support daily operations. Supervise team performance and ensure smooth salon workflow. Handle customer queries or concerns with tact and care. Maintain salon cleanliness and brand standards. Report to the Head of Operations and support branch-level KPIs.
Requirements
Previous experience in a
reception/supervisory role
is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Tech-savvy (basic computer skills and booking software). Must enjoy working around children and families. Positive, proactive, and dependable work ethic.Job Type: Full-time
