About us:
OLEA Wellness Beauty Salon is a premium ladies only spa located in Jumeirah Village Triangle, offering Moroccan Hammam, Facials, Nails, Hair care and more.We are looking for an experienced and professional Receptionist cum Supervisor to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner
Manage bookings, appointments, and daily salon operations
Coordinate with therapists, technicians, and management
Handle customer service and resolve minor issues
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Use POS system (Fresha experience is a plus)
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (spa/salon)
Fluent in English (Arabic/Russian is an advantage)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Organized, well-presented, and customer-focused
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
