About the Role:

The Spa Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily spa operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, maintaining service quality, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a balance of leadership, customer service, and administrative management to uphold Zarya Wellness standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all spa activities and personnel to ensure smooth, professional operations. Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction through quality service and professionalism. Achieve profitability targets through effective sales, promotions, and cost control. Train, motivate, and monitor therapists to ensure exceptional service and sales performance. Liaise with hotel/resort management and guest relations to promote spa services. Oversee inventory, product ordering, and cost management. Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Cluster Spa Manager. Conduct regular briefings, performance reviews, and team motivation sessions. Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and proper functioning of all spa facilities.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in spa or wellness management/supervision. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and wellness trends. Ability to manage budgets, meet sales targets, and ensure cost efficiency. Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
