Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional Receptionist cum Sales Coordinator to manage front-desk duties and support the sales team with coordination and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and handle calls and emails
Manage reception area, courier, and visitor records
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documents
Follow up with clients and support sales activities
Maintain customer data and sales reports
Requirements:
1-3 years of relevant experience (UAE experience preferred)
Good communication skills in English
Proficiency in MS Office
Presentable, organized, and customer-focused
