?With good communication skills

?must be proficient in MS Offices or equivalent

?must be pleasing personality

The duties and responsibilities of a receptionist include:

1. Greeting visitors: Welcoming visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner as they arrive at the office.

2. Answering phone calls: Handling incoming calls, transferring calls to appropriate staff members, taking messages, and providing information to callers.

3. Managing front desk operations: Maintaining the reception area, keeping it clean and organized, and ensuring a professional appearance.

4. Managing appointments: Scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings for employees and clients.

5. Handling mail and deliveries: Sorting and distributing incoming mail, packages, and deliveries to the appropriate recipients.

6. Providing information: Assisting visitors and employees with general information, directions, and inquiries about the company or its services.

7. Maintaining records: Keeping track of visitor logs, appointments, and other records to ensure accurate documentation.

8. Assisting with administrative tasks: Supporting administrative staff with tasks such as data entry, filing, and other office duties as needed.

9. Managing office supplies: Ordering and maintaining office supplies, ensuring that the front desk is well-stocked and organized.

10. Data entry, Invoicing, making Quotation, Filing, photocopying, scanning, recording, organizing the office.

11. Basic accounting, Projecting and recording expenses.

Overall, a receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for visitors, managing front desk operations efficiently, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the overall administrative functions of the company.
