Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments
Manage front desk operations including visitor logs, appointment scheduling, and courier handling
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Handle general administrative and clerical support
Call Center Duties:
Manage high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally
Provide accurate information about company services, policies, and procedures
Record and update customer information in the system
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalate issues when necessary
Follow up with clients/customers as required
Requirements:
Proven experience as a receptionist and/or call center agent (1 years preferred)
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
Customer-focused with a positive attitude
High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred
Work Conditions:
6 days a week
