Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management:
Greet customers, answer phone calls, and manage service bookings/appointments.
Bookkeeping:
Maintain daily records of income and expenses, manage petty cash, and issue invoices/receipts.
Customer Service:
Provide basic information about services, follow up on vehicle status, and handle billing inquiries.
Documentation:
Organize vehicle job cards, maintain filing systems, and assist in basic inventory tracking.
Coordination:
Act as a bridge between the customers and the workshop floor team.
Requirements
Experience:
Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role; basic knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping is essential.
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or Tally or Zoho books).
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Personality:
Professional, polite, and able to handle a busy workshop environment with a smile.
