We are in search of a motivated individual to join us as a Receptionist cum Admin Assistant at our HR consultancy firm. Key qualifications include:
  • - Self-motivated attitude
  • - 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • - Energetic and proactive approach to role management
  • - Strong communication skills
  • - Proficiency in MS Office and advanced Excel
  • - Immediate availability for joining
  • - Experience dealing with external agencies/vendors such as Telecoms, RTA, Insurance
  • - Ability to manage job applicants, interviews, and scheduling
Responsibilities will involve front desk management, client and visitor reception, phone call handling, and directing inquiries. Additionally, administrative support for the HR team including appointment scheduling, file maintenance, and basic HR tasks will be expected.
