The Receptionist & Administrative Support staff is responsible for managing front-desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Customer Service
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff.
Greet guests warmly and ensure they are attended to professionally.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to the appropriate persons.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Administrative Support
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages).
Assist with preparing reports, documents, and presentations as required.
Update and maintain contact lists and office calendars.
Process requests for office supplies and ensure adequate inventory.
Office Coordination
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure meeting spaces are prepared.
Assist in arranging company events, trainings, and staff activities.
Work closely with department heads to support administrative tasks.
Clerical Duties
Photocopying, scanning, printing, and binding documents.
Organizing couriers and receiving deliveries.
Maintaining logs for visitors, supplies, and administrative records.
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with minimal supervision.
Detail-oriented and well-organized.
Arabic speaking and writing is PLUS.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
