To manage front-desk operations, greet visitors professionally, handle calls, and support administrative activities to ensure smooth functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, guests, and employees.
Answer and route all incoming calls professionally.
Maintain the reception area in a clean, tidy, and presentable condition.
Register and guide visitors according to company protocols.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms and appointments.
Provide administrative support such as document filing, photocopying, data entry, and maintaining office records.
Assist employees with inquiries related to front-desk operations.
Maintain and update contact lists, visitor logs, and security registers.
Support HR and admin teams with clerical tasks when needed.
Coordinate with maintenance and IT departments for any office issues.
Handle confidentiality of company information and visitor data.
Working Hours:
As per company policy.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong communication skills (English required, Arabic is an advantage).
Professional appearance and customer service attitude.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with good time management.
Familiar with office equipment (printers, scanners, telephone systems).
Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Previous front-desk or customer service experience preferred.
