Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and organized

Receptionist cum Admin Assistant

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and customers, while also providing administrative support to the team. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our office operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Reception Duties:

Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department. Maintain the visitor log and issue visitor badges. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming at all times. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Administrative Support:

Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Coordinate and manage office supplies and inventory. Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and presentations. Assist with filing, data entry, and other office-related tasks as needed. Support HR and finance teams with administrative duties.

Other Duties:

Handle basic customer inquiries and requests, providing appropriate solutions or redirecting as necessary. Maintain office equipment and ensure that it is properly maintained. Assist with event coordination, including company meetings and social events.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a receptionist, admin assistant, or in a similar role. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Professional demeanor and customer-oriented attitude. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience with office management software (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite, etc.). Basic knowledge of accounting or finance (preferred but not required). High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
