Job Description

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Handle phone calls and face to face queries in the front desk
  • Responsible for answering calls, greeting callers, routing incoming calls to the particular extension if the officer/staff is available at the desk or taking messages
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Prompt response to queries and information required
  • Handling and Maintaining Documents
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Management
  • Coordinate with other employees regarding received calls/emails/documents
  • Must have Good Experience in Processing Visa
Note :
  • Only for Females
  • The candidate should have a minimum 4 years of experience in UAE
  • Priority for those who speak Hindi
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
