Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
Handle incoming phone calls and emails
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
Maintain the front desk and common areas
Accounts Support:
Assist in basic bookkeeping and data entry
Support the accounts department as needed
Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of other languages is a plus
Ability to commute/relocate:
