Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and clients with a professional and friendly attitude
Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and office correspondence
Maintain reception area and ensure a welcoming environment
Handle invoicing, receipts, petty cash, and daily expense records
Assist in bookkeeping, reconciliations, and report preparation
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and general administrative tasks
Support management in day-to-day accounting and operational needs
Requirements:
Female candidates only
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (preferred not Required)
Proven experience as a receptionist and/or accountant
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books preferred)
Presentable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Immediate joiners preferred
