Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist Cum Accountant located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Receptionist Cum Accountant will be responsible for greeting and welcoming clients, handling customer inquiries, managing appointments, maintaining records, and providing administrative support. Additionally, this role requires managing daily accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciling bank statements. Requirements
- Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to use accounting software like QuickBooks and ERP system.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
- A high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality is required.
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Arabic is a plus but not required.
